Article 1.1: Purpose and Identification

The general terms and conditions of https://www.natural-spices.com/ constitute a contract between the company Natural Spices sprl, a legal entity, and the consumer, a major individual acting outside of their professional activity, referred to as the customer.

Article 1.2: Prices

The prices indicated are in Euros, including VAT, excluding shipping fees. All orders must be paid in Euros. Prices are VAT-inclusive at the rate applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the prices. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of the order, subject to availability on that date. However, Natural Spices sprl reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

Article 1.3: Order

You declare that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to place an order on the website. Any order implies the customer’s full and irrevocable acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale, the prices, and the descriptions of the products available for sale. Natural Spices sprl reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer who has an ongoing dispute with the company.

Article 1.4: Payment Method

Upon order validation, the customer selects their payment method: ING EPAY. The customer is redirected to the secure server and follows the instructions. The order is processed and shipped once the payment is accepted.

Article 1.5: Availability and Delivery

All products in stock on natural-spices.com and ordered in Belgium will be shipped the following day (excluding public holidays and weekends) and received by the customer within the week at the latest. In some cases, these delivery times may be extended. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you by email or phone as soon as possible. Orders will be delivered by Bpost. The shipment will be discreet, in a solid and neutral package, with no identifying marks on the content or origin of the package. Any tax, fee, shipping cost, or other expenses payable under Belgian regulations are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are based on a flat fee, with any additional shipping options via Bpost being the responsibility of the customer. Natural Spices sprl or natural-spices.com cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal service strikes or other disruptions related to the transport of goods.

The delivery must be made within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. If the deadline is not met, the customer has the right to cancel the order. The risk of delivery belongs to the seller, so if an issue occurs during delivery, it will be the responsibility of the seller, not the customer.

Article 1.6: Exchanges

The customer has a 14-day period from the delivery of their order to return unused products in their original sealed packaging (with accessories) for an exchange. No exchange will be made if the product has been opened and is not in its original sealed packaging for hygiene reasons. The customer must contact Customer Service before returning products via Bpost and ensure the return is insured for the value of the items. The risks associated with the return of items (loss or damage) are the responsibility of the customer, as well as the return costs. The customer must pay for the return shipping and any additional cost for the new order. Natural Spices sprl or natural-spices.com will then ship the newly chosen item as soon as possible. If the return is due to an error during order processing, Natural Spices sprl or natural-spices.com will cover all shipping costs.

Article 1.7: Warranty and Returns

In the case of defective items or malfunctioning upon opening the product (not through its use), the customer has 1 month from the delivery date to return the product to the company. The company (supplier) agrees to replace or refund the product, provided it is returned in its original packaging. In the case of a return due to a defect, we will refund the shipping costs based on the current rates via bank transfer. Return costs will be covered by the company (supplier), and the exchange will be processed immediately. In case of a refund, it will be issued via bank transfer within 30 days of receiving the returned package. No cash-on-delivery shipments will be accepted, regardless of the reason.

Article 1.8: Personal Information

Natural Spices sprl or natural-spices.com is committed to not disclosing the customer’s personal information to third parties. It will only be used for internal purposes. In accordance with the Belgian law on privacy protection regarding personal data processing of December 8, 1992, the customer has the right to access, correct, and delete personal information by requesting it from the Customer Service of Natural Spices sprl or natural-spices.com by mail or email, providing their name, surname, and address.

Article 1.9: Intellectual Property

All comments, illustrations, texts, works, and images reproduced on the documents of the Natural Spices sprl and/or natural-spices.com brand are protected under copyright and intellectual property law. Any use other than private use without the prior written consent of Natural Spices sprl and/or natural-spices.com constitutes an infringement and is punishable under intellectual property law. Any full or partial reproduction of documents published by Natural Spices sprl and/or natural-spices.com is strictly prohibited.

Article 1.10: Contract Integration

If one of these general terms and conditions of sale is deemed inapplicable, the application of the other provisions will not be affected, and only the invalid provision will be modified.

Article 1.11: Responsibilities

The texts, graphics, and photographs illustrating the products are not contractual. Therefore, the responsibility of Natural Spices sprl and/or natural-spices.com cannot be engaged in case of error, omission, or modifications to the characteristics of the products by the supplier. Natural Spices sprl and/or natural-spices.com will not be responsible for failure to fulfill the contract in case of stock shortages, unavailability of products, force majeure, disruptions or strikes in postal services, carriers, transportation and communication means, floods, fires, shortages, natural disasters, war, riots, insurrections, etc.

Article 1.12: Applicable Law and Disputes

These general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law and may be modified at any time without notice. Any disputes can be resolved through our Customer Service, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, it will be the competence of the Commercial Court. However, Natural Spices sprl and/or natural-spices.com reserves the right to sue the customer in the jurisdiction where their domicile is located.
